My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The warm reception and service made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the kids club room, where my children had a great time despite the broken toys. The location was perfect for shopping as it was right in the middle of this city's famous factory outlets. Additionally, the room was clean, had a walk-through bathroom concept which was very unique and the comfy pillows that came in two kinds were a nice touch.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located for a city trip, with many restaurants and cafes just across the street. the interior of the hotel is very nice, with a stylish restaurant and coffee shop offering reasonable prices. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely day bed by the window.
There were some aspects that I did not enjoy. the gym was in need of cleaning, and the pool water was not clean.

Great facilities and good price! Loved the location and the breakfast, it was simply amazing. The rooms were spacious and very clean which made our stay feel luxurious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which really added to our overall experience. The rooftop pool was one of the best features of the hotel, it had stunning views of the city and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the free wifi throughout the hotel.
While the hotel was overall a great experience, there were a few things that could have been better. The check-in process was a bit slow and could have been improved.

The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. Convenient valet parking. Swimming pool with warm water.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I loved that it was close to many factory outlets, cute cafes, and restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled in the middle of the bustling city with shopping centers and a variety of restaurants in close proximity. the staff is friendly and always available to help. the rooms are unique and the long chairs in front of the windows afford a relaxing view of the city.
The elevators are cramped and busy, which makes it difficult to get around the hotel quickly.
